Schindler Banquet Center

I have never been treated so well as someone who eats gluten free. They were so helpful to check all their ingredients to see what had gluten - and the only thing (apart from bread and crackers) that had gluten in it was the chicken rub, so they kept two pieces of chicken separate for me. The chef also made me a gluten free dessert without me or anyone else asking him to! It was great :)
