Grub Steak

Welcome to the Grub steak Restaurant, established in 1963 by Joe Bissett as a small bar & Grill, then transformed over the years into a large, full-service at a fair price. Today, the Grub steak's secret of success is no secret. Steaks cut by on-premise Meat Cutters, hot bread made from scratch and homemade salad dressings all contribute to the food guality of the Grub Steak. The restaurant has been managed by Fred Fiebiger since 1977 and then purchased by Fred & Shelia in 1998. Years of experimentation have led to the development of our House-flavored treat is made from a prime cut of the finest Pork Loin. The great taste of Barbecue Ribs without the mess!
