I have frequented the cafe at both the former and present locations. The food and service have always been great. The English Tea Cake is especially yummy. It's also a special treat to sit in the old vault room. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our waitress was ok, but the food was only average with above average pricing. We were rushed out by the staff. I emailed the owner and this is her exact (and complete) response:
I would encourage you to select those restaurants that serve you well and that are of your liking. We are aware that Coldwater is not for everyone. We have a specific customer base that serves us very well.
