Hula Hooping also known as hoop dancing is the hot new fitness trend. "Hooping" expends the same amount of energy as walking 4 to 4.5 miles per hour. Class will include learning to walk and eventually dance while hooping. Initial classes are geared towards motion, coordination and fun. Bring your own hula hoop or purchase one from the instructor. Two sessions offered.
