This class is designed to strengthen tone and condition your entire body. You will perform various exercises, using light weights and/or exercise bands as well as stability balls. You will also incorporate challenging yet, fun body weight exercises. Guaranteed to spike your heart rate in and out of the fat burning zone for an intense workout. Participants will need to bring their own exercise bands and exercise ball. Class is taught by a certified fitness instructor.
