TERRIBLE

The food was over cooked, both the pasta and the seafood in the seafood trio pasta dish. The waiter overcharged us and world not correct out bill because we were using a coupon. That makes no sense, then when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager. The seafood also tasted freezer burnt. Save your money, for the price of the food go to Carabbas!

Great dinner with family

The restaurant was very helpful in arranging a family celebration dinner. I called and said when we would be there. Our big group arrived and the staff was ready for us. We had a great time, great food, great service and great family memories! Thanks alot!

RUDE

We placed a carryout order and the food was very dry, not nearly enough marinara sauce and the pasta was overcooked. The person that took our money gave us twenty dollars too much change which we returned.

We decided to give them one more chance. We placed a carryout order over the phone. We went to pick up the order and they brought out only one order instead of two. The person who took the order (the person working the front desk) started to argue that we only asked for one order (not true). He was rude, not a bit helpful, and argumentative. A very nice server stepped in and went back to the kitchen and placed the other order for us.

This is a poorly run business. As stated before, the "gentleman" who should have straightened out his mistake was rude. WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN - SAVE YOUR MONEY. It was too loud and the wait for anything was too long and the food went from bad to very average. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Fab Food

We went at lunch on a weekday without kids, so we didn't have the same problems as above. The marinara spaghetti was yummy! The lasagne to die for and no problems with the food or atmosphere or staff. Just great food!

really sad

Sad.....after waiting for 30+ minutes for a table, and asking for a highchair when putting our name on the "wait list," we were seated with a booster seat that my 14 month old son would have fallen out of. When again asked for a high chair, just as I did upon arrival, I was told "we only have 1 high chair." Needless to say I wasn't happy after waiting 30+ minutes for a seat, and requested a highchair from the beginning, and being told the one and only highchair at the establishment was in use and had been in use since we arrived 30+ minutes prior.

Also, while waiting with my son outside SEVERAL customers said the one of the pasta dishes tasted like "glue" and the soup was extremely disappointing.

After 4 weeks of being open I would expect a "family friendly" establishment to own more than 1 highchair, no apologies were made. I love local eatries but I won't be going back to this one!

sad

I wish I had good things to say. I ordered a dish called Lobster Roman which is described as "Lobster served in a lemon butter with pasta". What I got was ravioli stuffed with some lobster and some sort of cheese I think, and mushrooms (these were not in the description). The sauce was brown, and in no way tasted of lemon butter. I asked the waitress if that is what I ordered, and she said it was. Hmmmm. My husband splurged on a T-Bone cooked medium. It was way overdone and very dry. The waitress apologized, and that was about it. No offer to fix it or bill adjustment...desert..or even a word from the manager. Not a very good first impression for us. Also, don't expect much of a salad, as it was clearly from a bag with one cherry tomato and a plastic cup of dressing (no bread either). Maybe you'll have better luck...
