Skate World of Kettering

I am a father and a Grandfather and im only 38 years old. Ive been takeing my two girls to skateworld in kettering for about 5 years now and weve never had any problems, except a broken arm From falling once but shes ok now. Today(saterday feb 11 2012)was the worst time at skateworld ever. A young girl( manager ) had her staff harass me over the load speacker and in person because, i was wearing a tabogin( beenie ) hat. I was told that im not allowed to wear it and I must take it off or i have to leave. My children pointed out to me that they kept on saying it over the load speaker and i need to take it off, my own children. My girls even began to cry because they were scared we would have to leave if I didnt remove my hat. Finnaly I went to the front desk to speak with the manager about it and was told that no beenies are allowed unless i was sick. I was sick but thats not the point,there is no reason i was given to me why i cant were a hat but they said i could were it after all the harrassment because i was sick. Then The rest of our day was stressfull and just not fun. Then to make matters worse, my daughter was given a little rolling toy they have for rent there. Its PVC tubes in the shape of a V with wheels on the bottom that helps you skate, they rent for five dollars. She came up to my daughter and took it away from her with force and said its not yours, this does not belong to you, and she rolled it away. My daughter was crying again. There is no excuse for any of it!!! ARE DAY WAS RUINED BY SKATE WORLD,THANKS ALOT
