A registered nurse will administer the vaccines, which include DTaP, Polio, Hib, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, Prevnar, Meningitis, Td, Tdap, Rotovirus, Chicken Pox (by reservation only), HPV (Gardasil) and Influenza (seasonally). Vaccines available for children age 18 and under. Parents or guardians must bring child's shot record and insurance card with them. No child will be turned away due to the inability to pay.
