Learning Tree Farm

Learning Tree Farm’s mission is “to provide hands on learning experiences in a traditional farm setting.” Exposure to the natural world, such as a farm experience, can be effective in developing a child’s physical and mental health, sense of patience, appreciation for property and delight in living things. Visitors to the farm come from 8 counties, roaming over 60 acres, visiting barns and farm animals, seeing how vegetables, flowers, fruit trees and herbs grow…plus hear how farm life is a significant part of Ohio’s culture and history.

A successful experience in a new environment can improve a child’s sense of accomplishment, self esteem and achievement. This concept becomes a reality at Learning Tree Farm.
