Pledge to consume a minimum of 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables and to participate in Cardiovascular activity (aerobics) 3 times per week. The purpose of the pledge is to improve your health and prevention of chronic illness and disease. This event is free in honor of Minority Health Month. Open to the public.
