Managing Projects in a LEAN or Six Sigma Environment

This one-day, practical workshop is targeted toward developing LEAN or Six Sigma process improvement project leaders. After looking at “live” process improvement project, we will distinguish the differences between traditional project management and project management in a LEAN environment and the pitfalls to avoid when creating a LEAN culture.
