Managing an Efficient Supply Chain

The University of Dayton Center for Competitive Change hosts this 2 day event.

This interactive workshop extends the benefits of lean manufacturing outward from the factory floor to the entire strategic supply chain. By the end of the program, each participant will have an understanding of practical methods for identifying and eliminating wasted cost, unnecessary delays, and excess inventory, along with recommendations for building an integrated supply chain.
