Expanding Lean Into Your Offices

The University of Dayton Center for Competitive Change hosts this 2 day event. This seminar teaches attendees how to reveal the wastes and inefficiencies that cause higher costs and lower performance throughout non-factory processes. Using lectures, exercises, peer dimensions, and action team exercises, the participants will learn how to analyze and minimize waste so that they will return to the office with a plan to be applied immediately to reduce cost and improve results.
