I'm visiting Ohio from California, so when I was told of first Friday I was very excited to see what the local events were like here in Dayton. We got to the Oregon district at 8 and the place was dead. We seriously thought we had arrived at the wrong place. There were nothing but drunken bar rats everywhere and when we tried to get back to our car, for safety purposes, we were verbally harassed by the resident drunks with racial slurs. Never will we return to that horrible place.
