El Toro Mexican Restaurant

El Toro has repeatedly hired a General Contractor that does not pay sub-contractors for completed work. These are hard-working American tradesman that deserve to be paid! Please spend your money elsewhere!

I have eaten at the Dayton Mall location several times. The quality of the food keeps declining. Last night I ordered the #20 combination. The presentation was horrible - beans and rice just slopped on the plate. The taco was dripping when I picked it up, and the tomatoes on the taco were canned, not fresh. The ground meat tasted like it had been boiled. The chile relleno was not battered and fried, but was instead wrapped in a tortilla. Needless to say, I did NOT bring home the leftovers.
